How Jachi works.
You start on Jachi. Your care comes from licensed clinicians at an independent medical group, which we'll name on this site before we open.
Jachi isn't open yet. Nothing can be booked today. Join the waitlist and we'll email you before we open in your state, with prices and how visits will work.
Seven steps, two teams.
Most steps happen online, and lab tests, if you need them, are at a nearby lab. The first three steps happen on Jachi. Everything to do with your health happens with the medical group.
On Jachi
Find the right care
Visit Jachi
Read about each service: the conditions clinicians treat, what's included and how it works.
Choose a service
Pick the care you need. Not sure? The care finder points the way, and our AI assistant answers general questions.
See prices and what's included
Before you start, you'll see the price and what it covers. We'll share prices before we open.
Then you move to the medical group's patient portal.
Your health information goes into the medical group's secure patient system, not Jachi's website, and you'll always see which medical group is providing your care.
With the medical group
Get care from licensed clinicians
Complete your intake
Answer questions about your health, your medicines and your history.
A clinician evaluates
A licensed clinician reviews your answers. They may message you or start a video visit.
Your treatment plan
If treatment is right for you, your clinician makes a plan with you. Not everyone needs medication.
Prescriptions, tests and follow-up
Prescriptions go to your pharmacy and lab orders to a nearby lab. Your clinician tells you what follow-up you need and, with your permission, can send a summary to your primary care doctor.
Who does what.
Jachi Health LLC isn't a medical practice. Licensed clinicians make every decision about your care.

Licenses are public in Texas. Once we name the medical group and its clinicians, you can look up any of them with the state board that licenses them.
Questions about how it works.
No. Jachi Health LLC provides the website, the app and support. Licensed clinicians at an independent medical group provide your care and make every medical decision.
Before we open. We'll name the medical group and its clinicians on this site, so you can check their licenses before your first visit.
Into the medical group's secure patient system, which keeps your medical records private. Jachi's waitlist and help chat never ask for health details, and the care finder and weight care check run only in your browser and save nothing.
Not yet. Jachi isn't open. Join the waitlist and we'll email you before we open in your state, with prices and how visits will work.
No. Jachi is cash-pay, so you don't need insurance or a referral. Medication and lab tests are billed separately by your pharmacy and lab.
It answers general questions about Jachi and how care works, and it always says it's AI. It never diagnoses, prescribes or provides therapy.
