The care finder, condition search and weight care check
They run entirely in your browser. What you type or choose, including your height, weight and health details, is never sent to us or stored.
Waitlist sign-ups
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email and state and, if you give them, your first name and the services you're interested in, plus the language of the page you used. We use them only to email you about our launch. Sign-ups are stored with our website host.
Accounts
If you create an account, we keep your email, your password in scrambled form, and the details you save there. Your browser keeps a sign-in token until you log out. You can update or delete your account at any time on the account page .
Help chat and support tickets
Messages you send to our AI assistant pass through our website host, Netlify, to our AI provider, Anthropic, so it can write a reply. We don't save chats. If you send a ticket, we collect your name, email, topic, message and, if you choose, your chat, and use them only to answer you. Tickets are stored with our website host and sent to our support inbox.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and this site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking.
Your choices
To leave the list or ask about your information, use your account or email support@jachihealth.com , reply to any email from us or use the unsubscribe link in it. Please don't send health details by email.
Your medical information
When you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA and stored in the United States.
